Google's version of Samsung Galaxy S4 to cost $649

Google has announced that it is launching a new version of Samsung's flagship model Galaxy S4, which runs on the latest stock version of Android, 4.2 Jelly Bean.

The pure "Galaxy S4 Google Edition" will share the same hardware specs with the Samsung model that comes with 16GB of storage and with LTE support for AT&T and T-Mobile.  Google promises prompt Android system updates for it's version of S4, just like with Nexus smartphones.

Google will be launching the phone fully unlocked, so it won't come cheap for the customer. The phone will cost $649 and is expected to hit Google Play by June 26th.
